Mirage Endoscopy Center accepts many insurance carriers in the Rancho Mirage and Coachella Valley area. For our patients’ convenience, we will file a claim with your insurance company, provided we have received your complete insurance information. However, it is very important to remember that filing a claim with your insurance provider does not guarantee your claim will be covered under your policy. Should the insurance company decide the procedures performed by Mirage Endoscopy are not covered, the patient will be responsible for the outstanding balance for services provided. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage and costs before your scheduled appointment. More
